USA Parliament & DESI : ISIS executed Ninety-five foreigner in Iraq , and terrorist groups in Russia were detected/ سياسة –البرلمان الأميركي الدولي والمنظمة الأوروبية للأمن والمعلومات: داعش يعدم خمسة وتسعون أجنبي في الصينية، وكشف مجموعات إرهابية في روسيا

The High Representative for Foreign Affairs at the USA Parliament and Secretary General of the “DESI” European Department for Security and Information Ambassador Dr. HAISSAM BOU-SAID confirmed from its resources in Iraq that there were execution of more than ninety-five leaders from ISIS considered to be the from an elite unit major of Russian ascendants and mostly Chechens in addition to a small number of Iraqis in the “SAYNIEH Region” under charges of cowardice and communicating with the enemy . The Iraqi leaders in the Organization in question withdrew from that area and were replaced by the Elite Unit based of foreigners who are not acquainted with the local geographic nature of the Area in order to weaken and eliminate the largest number of them . In an indicated information to the USA Parliament that a groups of terrorists entered Russia coming from Iraq and passed by Ukraine who aimed to undertake terrorist activities were caught by the local authorities. Such information was revealed by the Quartet Security Committee from Russia, Iran, Syria and Iraq. In a related context Ambassador Abu Saeed received a confidential document on the so-called Islamic state “ISIS” that this organization had filmed ugly executions and bombings scene of religious headquarters and harassment of civilians and the rape of Iraqi women wearing military uniforms of those who are fighting them in Syria and Iraq in order to shake the feelings and emotions of the Sunnis and to derive their opinion on the local and international public stage. Moreover tapes were sent to Al Jazeera TV channels and “Al-Arabia” who took the charge to diffuse it as ISIS considered them and describe them in this particular letter as “Allies” . Ambassador Abu Said cautioned the medias on the going situation and to restrain from pushing it so far which could y a lack and awareness of the true contents of fabrication of these videos.

أكّدت المصادر الخاصة بالبرلمان الأميركي الدولي في العراق لمكتب المفوض الأعلى لشؤون الخارجية في البرلمان الاميركي (الدولي) وامين عام المنظمة الاوروبية للامن والمعلومات السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أنّه تمّ إعدام أكثر من خمسة وتسعون قيادي في تنظيم داعش من وحدة النخبة التي تتألف بأكثريتها من أصول روسية وفي معظمهم شيشانيين بالإضافة إلى عدد قليل من العراقيين في منطقة الصينية بتهمة التخاذل والتخابر مع العدو. كما أن القيادات العراقية في التظيم إنسحبت من تلك المنطقة ووضع فرقة الأجانب في الواجهة القتالية وهي التي تجهل الطبيعة الجغرافية للمنطقة من أجل إضعافها والقضاء على أكبر عدد منهم. هذا وفي معلومات من مراجع المختصة المحلية للبرلمان الدولي للرباعية الأمنية أشارت إنه تمّ الكشف عن مجموعات إرهابية شيشانية وجنسيات أجنبية مختلفة دخلت إلى روسيا عن طريق أوكرانيا قادمين من الموصل في العراق من أجل تنفيذ هجمات إرهابية في الداخل الروسي. وهؤلاء مختصون في قضايا الأعمال الإلكترونية وتخطيط عمليات تفجير. وفي سياقٍ متصل تلقى السفير ابو سعيد وثيقة سرية لما يُسمى بالدولة الإسلامية “داعش” أنّ هذا التنظيم قام بتصوير لإعدامات وتفجيرات بشعة لمقرات دينية وتنكيل بالمدنيين وإغتصاب لنساء عراقيات بزي العسكري ممن يقوم بقتالهم في سوريا والعراق من أجل تحريك المشاعر لأهل السنّة ورأي العام المحلي والدولي ويقومون بإرسال تلك الأشرطة إلى قنوات الجزيرة والعربية التي إعتبروها ووصفوها في رسالتهم بالحليفة. ونبّه السفير ابو سعيد من التمادي بهذا النهج من قبل الإعلام الذي قد يكون على عدم إدراك بحيثيات الفيديو المصور.
