European Department (DESI) reveal the presence of Saudi brigade on the sidelines of the “Tel Aviv ” , an alliance of 34 conference and conspiracy trial balloon on the region continues / المنظمة الأوروبية للأمن والمعلومات تكشف عن حضور لواء سعودي على هامش مؤتمر “تل أبيب”، تحالف الـ ٣٤ بالون اختبار والمؤامرة على المنطقة مستمرة

In a dangerous precedent and after careful monitoring of the FAO Regional Office Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said / Secretary General of the (DESI) European Department for Security and Information Office said in an interview on Syrian television that the Saudi delegation headed by brigade previous close of resolution center in the UK has visited Israel to attend a conference at Tel Aviv University The day before the third of December 2015 afternoon. He held Conferences entitled “Jews Weavers and the Arabic language”, where there were discussions with the competent authorities and the leaders of the Mossad and the Defense and State at a meeting on the sidelines of nearly ten o’clock evening in matters concerning the Middle East region and assess the geographical situation as a result of Russia’s entry on the line of the conflict directly, which led to re-calculations political and military support to the parties to those groups (ISIS and Al-Nusra Front). The delegation discussed the following points:

1. the Gulf security and Unity

2. 2-Arabic-Israeli relations development

3. create an Arab force to protect Arabic States

4. Kurdistan State to stop Iranian dominance in Iraq

5. Turkish-Israel military operations inside Syria to base Al-Nusra front and ISIS

6. working to change the political system in Iran

7. Yemen peace process and Israel’s entry to Yemen and Djibouti pace

8. trade between the Horn of Africa and the Gulf through the Yemeni coast

Asked about the role of Islamic Arabic League past Syrian Ambassador Abu-Said revealed that these organizations operate with foreign agendas unrelated to the central issue is a false witness and support help infrastructure and influential Islamic Mali. He noted that UN organizations are more serious and hear the events accurately and the research and cooperate with them on current issues in order to maintain international and humanitarian laws that govern non-infringing and take initiatives in this area and are working with the DESI European Department for security and information. Seal statement noted that this alliance established by Saudi Arabia in the absence of some States and not others weight in the context of the fight against terrorism to the inability of many of these States within an Alliance announced by the Kingdom recently to have been declared for inability to complete the tasks in this framework, is a test of States ‘ positions to identify policy options and linked by economic interests. Therefore, the Alliance does not have any weight on military and security level but more sectarian Islamic lineup many gaps and greeted a large gap in the convergence of objectives.

في سابقةٍ خطيرة وبعد رصد دقيق من مكتب المنظمة الإقليمي أشار مكتب السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد / امين عام المنظمة الاوروبية للامن والمعلومات خلال مقابلة على الفضائية السورية ان وفداً سعوديا برءاسة لواء سابق قريب من مركز القرار في المملكة قد زار اسراءيل لحضور موءتمر في جامعة تل ابيب قبل ظهر يوم الثالث من كانون الاول ٢٠١٥. وحمل المؤتمرا عنوان” اليهود الشرقيون واللغة العربية”، حيث جرى البحث مع الأجهزة المختصة وقادة من الموساد والدفاع والخارجية في لقاء على هامشه قرابة الساعة العاشرة مساءً في أمور تخص منطقة الشرق الاوسط وتقييم الحالة الجغرافية نتيجة دخول روسيا على خط الصراع مباشرة مما أدى الى اعادة الحسابات السياسية والعسكرية لدى الأطراف الداعمة لتلك المجموعات (داعش والنصرة). ناقش الوفد النقاط التالية:

أمن الخليج العربي ووحدته
تطوير العلاقات العربية الإسرائيلية
انشاء قوة عربيه لحمايه الدول العربية
قيام دولة كردستان لايقاف الهيمنة الايرانية التركية الشيعية في العراق
قيام اسرائيل بعمليات عسكرية داخل سوريه لاسناد جبهة النصرة وداعش
العمل على تغيير النظام السياسي في ايران
عملية السلام في اليمن ودخول اسرائيل على الخطي اليمن وجيبوتي
التبادل التجاري بين القرن الافريقي والخليج عن طريق السواحل اليمنية.

واستمر اللقاء حتى الساعات الصباح الاولى ولم يرشح عنه اي مسودّة عمل وإنما اتفق الحاضرون بإبقاء اللقاءات مفتوحة.

وفي سؤال حول دور منظمة جامعة الدول العربية والمؤتمر الاسلامي في الاحداث السورية أضاف السفير ابو سعيد ان هذه المنظمات تعمل بآجندات خارجية لا علاقة لهما بالقضية المركزية وهي بمثابة شاهد زور وتقوم بمؤازرة تعليمات بعض الدول الخليجية والإسلامية ذات نفوذ مالي واسع. واشار ان هناك منظمات أممية اكثر جدية تستمع وتواكب الاحداث بدقّة وهذا ما يجب البحث والتعاون معهما في القضايا الراهنة من اجل الحفاظ على القوانين الدولية والإنسانية التي ترعى عدم خرقها، وتأخذ مبادرات قانونية في هذا المجال والتي تعمل معه المنظمة الاوروبية للامن والمعلومات. وختم البيان بالإشارة الى انّ هذا التحالف الذي أنشأته السعودية في غياب فعلي لبعض الدول المذكورة والتي لا تشكل ثقل للبعض الآخر في سياق مكافحة الارهاب لعدم قدرة عدد كبير من هذه الدول ضمن تحالف الذي أعلنته المملكة موءخرا على القيام بما تمّ إعلانه وذلك لعدم القدرة على إتمام المهمات في هذا الإطار، وهو اختبار لمواقف الدول من اجل تحديد خياراتها السياسية وربطها بالمصالح الاقتصادية. لذلك فإنّ هذا التحالف لا يحظى باي ثقل على المستوى العسكري والأمني وإنما يهدف الى المزيد من الاصطفاف الطائفي الإسلامي حيي الثغرات كثيرة والهوّة كبيرة في تلاقي الأهداف.
